Website enquiries & privacy

Updated 12 October 2026. This notice explains the enquiry form and anonymous website statistics.

Who handles your enquiry?

Ritechase Security, part of Ritechase Limited, handles the information you choose to submit. Contact us at info@ritechasesecurity.com, on 020 3432 4596, or at 182–184 High Street North, Office 16096, London, England, E6 2JA.

The details you provide

We receive your name, the email address or phone number you provide, optional company and location details, the service you select and your message. We also record which public page you submitted the enquiry from, the time received and your request to be contacted. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use those details

We use your enquiry to respond about the security services you asked for, prepare a proposal and manage follow-ups in our restricted administration workspace. This is done to take steps at your request before a potential service agreement and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Only authorised administrators can view enquiry records.

Storage and access

Our website hosting and database service providers process the records to operate this website. We do not sell enquiry details or publish them on the website. Enquiries are retained while we respond and manage the potential business relationship; records that are no longer needed should be removed following an administrator review. Archiving a lead does not erase its information. Contact us if you want your information corrected or removed, or to object to further follow-up.

Anonymous page statistics

We count successful requests for public pages, grouped by page and day, to understand which services attract interest. These totals are not a list of people and may include automated traffic. The counting feature stores no IP addresses, visitor names, browsing histories or unique visitor identifiers. It uses no analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is also respected for these counts.

You can turn these counts off for this browser. Choosing that option sets an essential preference cookie, rtc_statistics, with the value “off” for 90 days. It contains no unique identifier and is used only to remember your choice.

Security and your rights

The enquiry endpoint uses temporary hashed network identifiers to limit spam. These security counters are not shown as visitors or linked to your enquiry in the administration dashboard. You can contact us to request access, correction or erasure of your enquiry details, or raise a concern about their use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
